ACT Health Group has been successfully providing treatment
solutions for patients as well as Assessment and diagnostic services across
Ontario since 1996. ACT Health Group is the rehabilitation division of ICC
Healthnet Canada Inc., an integrated provider of primary care through its
urgent care centres which combines Urgent Care, Family Medicine and diagnostic
and ancillary services. ACT Health Group has grown to 13 multidisciplinary
rehabilitation centres and a network of 11 CARF accredited affiliate facilities
to provide expanded service across Ontario. ACT Health Group is now a preferred
provider to a major insurer for the delivery of integrated Occupational
Rehabilitation programs.

In 2006, ACT Health Group achieved a full 3 year accreditation
for all its facilities through the North American standards of the Commission
on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Accreditation is
essentially a seal of quality ensuring quality, safety and the best outcomes
for its programs and services and the patients served. ACT Health Group clinics
are affiliated with the department of Physical Therapy of the University of
Toronto and McMaster for their residency programs.
Our team consists of professionally qualified and trained
clinicians. From our Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors,
Exercise Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Behavioural
Therapists, Ergonomists, Acupuncturists, Chiropodists, Vocational
Rehabilitation Specialists and Medical Specialists, we bring the appropriate

Kim Wei, Chief Executive Officer
With over 20 years
of healthcare experience, he has created primary clinical delivery and business
models for allopathic and complementary medicine. He is recognized as being at
the forefront in the development of Integrated Health Models.
Sebastien Corbo, Vice President Business Development
With over 25 years directing clinical operations, he has been instrumental
in securing a contract with a major Insurer, implementing CARF accreditation
for the network of corporate and affiliate clinics and is now responsible for
creating new specialized programs such as Chronic Pain and Driver
Rehabilitation.
Dennis Polygenis, Vice President of Clinical
Operations
Dennis has over 10 years of clinical experience as a
physiotherapist as well as administrative and operational experience. He has
affiliations and appointments with the University of Toronto, the College of
Physiotherapists of Ontario and the Commission on Accreditation of
Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) which accredits over 5000 facilities around
the world.
